NPSO State Profile Database

National Post-School Outcome State Profile Database

Welcome!

Completing this State Profile is not mandated or required by OSEP. States may voluntarily choose to complete it. The Profile has been developed with National Post-School Outcome Center staff and Technical Workgroup members to reflect questions the Center is often asked about how states collect and use post-school data. It is our hope that states will find the information useful both for their own state as well as a tool to see how other states collect and use post-school outcome data. As states populate the Profiles, summary charts are automatically calculated. Additional analysis and reports will be developed as more states add their Profiles.

These profiles are completed by a state contact responsible for post-school outcome data collection. This information addresses data collection requirements for the State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Report (APR) to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) Indicator 14:

Percent of youth who had IEPs, are no longer in secondary school and who have been competitively employed, enrolled in some type of postsecondary school, or both, within one year of leaving high school. (20 U.S.C. 1416(a)(3)(B))

If you are the designated contact who will complete this profile for your state and you have been issued a login, you can [enter your state's profile].
