Oregon:
OR is collecting exit data on all anticipated leavers, and follow up data on all students if the district/school has 25 or less. Large districts will receive a 'sample' of 25 students to do follow-up interviews

The project utlizes state child count data to determine if the sample is representative of the exiting population. Weighting procedures are employed to ensure response data are representative.
