Washington: State agencies like DDD, DVR, and WorkSource (employment security) use the post-school outcome data to inform program improvements.

Wisconsin: results are shared with the state transitions summit, which has representation from major state agencies involved in providing transition or adult services

Pennsylvania: shared with our MOU partners to focus on cross-system improvements

Montana: SPP/APR reporting and also shared with professional stakeholders for coordination and improvement of activities

Utah: SPP/APR reports, share with adult service agencies (e.g. VR)
