Compare post-survey stratification distributions to the original sampling plan and population.

The selected exiting district population for each of the sample years of 04/05 districts was compared to the 04/05 statewide population.

We will select school leavers from all disability categories as possible, if the number in each category is greater than 10 students.

The Alabama State department of education utilizes the Information System Services in our department to provide each LEA with a list of all students that had an IEP who exited the prior year.
