Community Involvement, Information related to impacting the post school status, such as financial aid use, satisfaction with services etc.
Parents, Transition Specialist, Agency Personnel, Educational Administration, Regional Services Providers. State Staff, Local Data Personnel.
Current Ohio is not allowed by law to share personally identifiable information on students.
Systemically the work that is being done for indicator 1 and 2 is being promoted and linked to the effective transition services process and the ultimate improved outcomes of SWD. ALso by utlizing the information identified by the Ohio LOngitudinal Transition Study, impact can be made on IEP teams as they support access and progress for SWD.
Currently we continue to develope improvements in the data collection process in order to connect this work with the continuous improvement efforts of the districts. We continue to need to improve the process of exiting and post school information on student who drop out.
